Pravin is an industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience during which he has been credited with the creation of 3 large business empires. Pravin is a widely respected name in the Business Process Outsourcing space and is regarded as a pioneer in call center services. He is the Board member of ISON BPO - the leading ITeS services company in Africa. Under his strong leadership, ISON BPO has grown from strength to strength within 3 years of its establishment.
Pravin started his career in 1974 with the Flowmore group and worked with them for 12 years. He was instrumental in conceptualizing and setting up diverse businesses like Capital Goods, Power and Polyester firms. He spent 19 years with the Dalmia group where he spearheaded various business units ranging from cement to textiles to Radio Paging Services. He was the Managing Director of DSS Mobile Communications - a JV between Dalmia's, Samsung and Sunkyong of South Korea (DSS). In 2000, DSS was the largest domestic call center in the country.
He is also credited with the creation of the "Mobilink" paging brand in India. In 2002, he was one of the shortlists for the Ernst & Young Manager of the year award. Just before conceptualizing ISON BPO, Pravin served as the CEO for Omnia BPO Services, the BPO arm of the Spice Telecom group.
Pravin holds a Masters in Finance, Advertising & Sales from BITS Pilani. He was the first President of Indian Paging Services Association and an active member of the telecom committee of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)
Global Chief Human Resources Officer
Mohan has over 30 years of experience and delivered business-driven HR strategy at global, regional and national levels across industry verticals and types of organizations. Prior to joining iSON, Mohan had his consulting practice assisting his clients in effectively executing their strategies by blending practice with concepts backed by deep industry experience and academic involvement. He worked extensively in organizational transformation, leadership development and performance enhancement initiatives. In addition to his consulting work, Mohan was Advisor and Professor of Practice & Director of Executive Education at Ahmedabad University, India.
Prior to consulting practice, Mohan was President–Human Resources at Max Group having businesses in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Hospitals & Life style where he led the group’s efforts in building strong corporate governance, compensation strategies and building leadership pipeline. He was member of Max Bupa Leadership Team that restructured the business for growth.
Earlier to Max Group, Mohan was Executive Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources at EXL Service, a leading Business Process Management and Analytics company that helps businesses enhance growth and profitability.
At EXL, Mohan led the creation of a comprehensive framework for building the global talent brand across multiple geographies in US, Europe and Asia and set up a comprehensive Top 200 Leader’s Program to support leadership succession charter.
Mohan started his career with ITC Limited (BAT Associate) in the era of Industrial Relations and was responsible for union negotiations and factory productivity. Subsequently he worked in leadership positions at Motorola, Digital, Airtel and Spice Group in India, Middle East, Singapore, South East Asia and China. In the last ten years, Mohan worked with promoters & boards and has been in the midst of building scale globally and in managing complexity. Some of his other key achievements include setting up of Motorola University in India, Airtel’s foray into Enterprise business, building Digital’s Learning & Development Centre in Bangalore, and was lead resource for Spice group strategy project with McKinsey that resulted in the expansion of the company across south-east Asia including large M&As and integration. Mohan is a postgraduate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
In this role as Global Chief Human Resources Officer, Mohan will be responsible for the overall human resources in the company across our geographies and will drive our efforts in Organisational transformation to ensure we achieve our stated goals. Vitul, is a perspicacious leader and a corporate veteran, with over 20 years of experience and a stupendous track record of working with multinational organizations in the BT 100 and Fortune 500 space. Some of his core expertise include P&L Management, Business Growth, Operations and Service Strategy Design and implementation, Frontend Sales and Retail Franchising apart from managing businesses of more than $80Mn revenue and 14000+ employees.
Prior to joining at ISON BPO, he was holding an active assignment with Bharti Airtel Netherlands BV at the capacity of Group Director: Go to Market Excellence – Africa and was responsible for driving the Strategy, Vision and enablement market facing functions of Retail Distribution and Customer Experience for all lines of businesses (GSM, Mobile Money and B2B) across 17 counties. On the Customer Experience side, his role emphasized laying down the Strategy and enablement of all customer touch points: Assisted – Call Centers/Shops and Non-Assisted – Self Help/Social Media.
Prior to this, he was the INDIA Business head for the most coveted NRI segment at CITIBANK where he was directly responsible for the P&L of the NRI (Non Resident Indian) vertical. He has also been associated with prominent corporations like General Electric & American Express, having managed leadership portfolios during various stages of his professional career. He had a significant role to play in GE-SBI cards in the capacity of Customer Engagement Head and was responsible for the delivery of service excellence and revenue generation through alternate sales channel.

Brajesh Kumar Singh

Brajesh is a keen analyst, result oriented professional with a track record of designing, deploying Business Excellence programs using Lean, Six Sigma, BPMS, Customer Value Management, People development and International standards in different industry sectors. He has extensive experience in International standards, Project Management, Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Organizational Resilience.
In addition to global responsibility of Quality and Skill Development he has been entrusted with the role of Management Representative. Brajesh is part of the core team formed to establish ISON business in Africa.
Brajesh is a six sigma master black belt, lean leader and lead auditor for Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Information Security Management systems. In addition he has extensive exposure to TS 16949 and TL 9000 which are automotive and telecom sector standards respectively. He brings in more than 23 years of experience in different industry sectors like manufacturing, consulting, banking and BPO. Brajesh also received a scholarship from Government of Japan to attend a programme on “Corporate Management for Companywide Quality Management” at Oshaka, Japan.
A passionate trainer, he has to his credit conducted several trainings on Lean, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, QMS and EMS lead auditor trainings and trainings on problem solving and change management in different geographies of the world. Setting the vision, working out strategies to meet business objectives and managing customer relationships are few of his core strengths. He is an active member of AOTS, American Society for Quality and Indian Society for Quality.

Satya is a seasoned Technocrat with wide experience in the Telecommunications and BPO sector for over 25 years with some of the most credible and successful organizations of global reputation. His strengths lie in new rollouts & Expansion of Telecom/BPO Centers, Project Management of New Services, Products, Process migrations, Operations & Maintenance of Technology & Business operations, AOP Management, P & L , Strategy Planning – In house/ Out sourcing, Vendor & AMC Management and Implementation of Policies & procedures.
Prior to joining ISON BPO, Satya was holding an active assignment with Reliance Technical Services, in the capacity of Head Technology and was spearheading the IT operations of Reliance BPO contact centers at various in-house locations and partner locations across India.
He has also been associated and had professional stints with Bharti Mobile Limited, based out of Bangalore, where he was working as Head Audits and Compliances, DSS Mobile Communications as General Manager and Regional Head – South, RPG Paging Services.
Satya holds Bachelor’s in Technology (Electronics and Communication) from Nagarjuna University in Andhra Pradesh.
Chief Financial Officer - AFRICA
Sanjay Kamboj brings 15 years of experience of working in Africa to lead key initiatives in finance for ISON.
Kamboj has 27 years of experience and expertise in corporate finance, corporate governance, capital structuring, equity and debt funding, strategic business planning, projects funding, treasury and financial management, financial and internal control, supply chain management, budgetary control, cost control, process improvement, compliance, statutory and management reporting.
He served as Group CFO for Elektrint (Nigeria) Ltd and as CFO for Royal Spinners Plc owned by the Churchgate Group.
Early in his career, Kamboj was actively involved in managing 3 public issues and debt funding for projects and programs, including transition of DCM Toyota Ltd to DCM Daewoo Ltd. and private equity investments for their real-estate project.
He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University.
Chief Financial Officer - ASEAN
Yogendra Kumar Maheshwari comes with 40 years of extensive experience in managing finance, accounts, commercial & co. secretarial operations across varied sectors like Manufacturing, Process industry, Banking, International Trading, Real Estate & infrastructure development, telecom products & services & BPO sector both in India & overseas. During his past experience he has formulated systems & procedures for effective internal controls across varied functions, budgeting & cost control functions, dealt with domestic & international banks & financial institutions like ADB & World Bank for project & working capital financing.
At ISON Yogendra is responsible for the accounting, finance & treasury, Budgeting, MIS & cost control, commercial & taxation functions including ensuring statutory compliances across BPO operations in ASEAN - India and Myanmar.
In his earlier stints as SVP - Finance at DSS Mobile Communications India Ltd. which was a joint venture between Dalmias, Samsung and S K Telecom of South Korea, he was instrumental in creating the whole set up starting from signing the joint venture agreement till setting up all the infrastructure and facilities & start of commercial paging operations across 10 prime cities of India. He was responsible for setting up the accounts, finance & internal audit functions across all the cities and dealing with cluster of international banks for various facilities & financing needs.
He also worked overseas from 1992 to 1994 in Malaysia & Singapore heading corporate finance, accounting & commercial functions at a Palm Oil Refinery company and fatty acid plant financed by World Bank & trading offices at Singapore. Before joining Ison, Yogendra was with Spanco Bpo for about 18 months as CFO.

COO - Business Operations & Migrations
With more than 29 years of experience, Amit has spent 22 years in the BPO sector alone in different capacities and roles. During his tenure Amit has been responsible for managing P&L, Operations and Customer Care activities for in-house and third party clients and implementation of new centers globally. While working with Spice BPO, he was instrumental in building the team from 13 to 1300 in 6 months for a leading Airlines process and from start-up to large nos. ranging between 1000 to 7000 people globally in multiple geographies in other assignments.
Amit is very well conversant with Migrations & Process Transitioning with hands on experience in setting up New Process dealing for leading clients in Private and Government sectors like Telecom, Travel, DTH, BFSI, E-Governance verticals and Radio Paging companies. In his career he has led many process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in overall operations across diversified cultural and geographic locations. He has worked with companies like Spice BPO, Mobilink, Omnia BPO to name a few.
At ISON, he is responsible for managing business side of Operations and implementation of New processes, New geographies and has managed all big projects with Airtel, MTN and Idea in addition to other projects.

Sujeet is a seasoned HR professional with 27+ years experience in driving growth and profitability in large-scale global initiatives based out of the UK , Africa and India, leading multi-national teams in the execution of HR people practices across Talent Acquisition , Talent Management , Talent Learning and Development . Sujeet is a creative problem-solver with a track record in strategic planning and tactical execution of business solutions in Greenfield / Brownfield projects across varied industries such as IT / ITEs , Telecom , FMCG , Manufacturing , Media & Advertising. Sujeet has been associated with established Indian Business Groups viz. Tata’s, Mahindra’s and Reliance actively involved in managing HR / Non HR role’s , Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Structuring, Corporate Governance and IR Management across the globe. Harbinder Bindra - ‘Herbie’ has over 25 years experience in the ITeS business, with a Degree in Engineering and an MBA in Corporate Finance, majoring in M&A.
Herbie has garnered rich global work experience having headed operations in the US for Mphasis, an HP Company, and in Manila, Philippines as the Managing Director for Northgate Arinso. He is a Seasoned Executive, specializing in Global HR Outsourcing with experience in setting up of HR Shared Services grounds up.
He brings with him immense industry knowledge and knowledge of global best practices having served in leadership positions in reputed multinational organizations like GE, EDS, Northgate Arinso, JP Morgan Chase and Capgemini. Herbie, in his most recent assignment with JP Morgan served as the Executive Director for Global HR Services.
He has a record of driving large-scale global initiatives, leading multi-national teams in the execution of the HR Services engagements. He continues on this path in driving growth and profitability for organizations through innovative solutions.

Senior Vice President - BD and SME - Insurance Vertical
Piyush comes with 20 years of experience across BPO and Insurance Industries. As S.V.P. Sales at ISON, Piyush’s prime responsibility is to develop BPO business for Insurance practice across Africa.
In his last stint at ING Life India, Piyush rose from the position of branch manager to the Level of Vice President. He managed a large agency force of 50,000 agents. He has many 1sts to his credentials like building a complete agent career management program and company owned variable cost distribution channel. His last assignment was as Vice President – Persistency and Worksite Sales, where he was involved in the P&L and in defining & designing business processes. He has won the Grand Slam 4 times consecutively and was awarded the Champion of Champion Trophy and SME Persistency.
Piyush has worked with DSS mobile Communications Limited and other large BPO organizations in India.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University and has a Master’s degree in Marketing from K J Somaiya Institute of Management- a leading management school in India.
